It works in many ways and the cherry flavor is good enough that my son thinks it's a treat (he hates the grape kind) . It's always in stock at my house

I love this product. This is one of those products that every baby needs on hand, it’s reliable, it works and everyone uses it. I give this as a baby shower gift every time, I used this on all my children.

I personally dont think I would make it through either of my daughters growing pains, or teething pains or colds without this tylenol. It has helped so much I love it.

please bring back the concentrated drops

As much as I love Tylenol, getting a feverish, cranky, miserable 9 month old baby to take 4mL of "infants' Tylenol" is impossible. Motrin still makes their version and only requires I give the baby 1.875mL, much more doable than 4mL. You clearly state directions on the bottle and offer a 1-800 number. There should be no reason for an incorrect dosage. If the syringe is clearly marked, it's almost fool proof! Please please bring back the concentrated drops!

So Im finding many reviews to state that their child is under 2 and using this product. My question is are you dosing by weight? My LO is 17 mths young and cutting all her cuspids at once. Shes 22#. What would her correct dose be?

DO NOT BUY UNLESS IT SAYS DYE-FREE

Review Text:
The one that is NOT dye-free has red dye 40 in it. I gave this to my last night not realizing and she had an adverse reaction to it. She became super hyper and agitated for almost 2 hours. I have no idea why this company would produce a medication with Red Dye 40 which is unsafe for anyone, especially infants. Most people would not think to read ingredient statements of medicine but you have to check EVERYTHING. so scary.. make sure you buy dye-free

Review Text:
Works everytime I need it! As a first time mom I’m learning as I go. My pediatrician recommended this and based on lots of research I’ve done, Tylenol is the only safe and useful way to help a teething/sick infant. My son is 6 months old and popping 4 teeth at once, I would lose it if I didn’t have Tylenol and had to watch him suffer! Quick and effective! Works in about 30-45 minutes usually. Test out different flavors tho. My son would spit half of it out with cherry flavor, but LOVES grape and never spits it out, so I know he got his dose and don’t have to worry about how much of the medicine actually went down. My only issue with Tylenol is the syringe for infants, you can never get all of the medicine out of the tip of syringe. So you’re always wasting some with each time you give it and on the bottle I have the tip is very long.. otherwise I’m happy with this product!
