Unfortunately I have to use this product frequently. Live the gels as they are easy to swallow. Can’t take the tablets as they Are hard to swallow. Please make the multi-symptom in a gel so 8 can go back to using them. Again, can’t swallow the caplet, gets stuck and I gag. Packaging is awful! Too hard to open.

Imodium (loperamine) is the best product for controlling diarrhea but buy it in the tablet for that comes loose in a bottle. The tiny tablet is easier to swallow than the big rubbery gelcap and contains the same amount of the actual drug. And you don't have to use tools to extricate each gelcap from its hard-to-open sealed pocket. Putting this tiny drug into a big gelcap is just a marketing ploy; individually packaging gelcaps on cards in an unnecessary box may attract more attention on the sales shelf, and the naive consumer may think she is getting more for her money. Further, gelcaps will melt in a hot car and hog space if you carry basic meds and vitamins with you or use a container with a pocket for each of the seven days of the week. Generally a bad idea based on greed.

More softgels. The tablets start to dissolve in my mouth and make me gag. Need them in multi-symptom formula, in a bottle. Can't open the blister packs very easily. thanks!

The product works very well for me. I get fast relief. But I must say the packaging is terrible. They are so hard to get into...even when breaking the corner off and peeling the foil back. Please put these in bottles or a better packaging that can be easily opened. Nothing should be this hard to get into.

Hello, Hoping whomever reads this had a lovely Christmas.Wishing you also a prosperous New Year. I was wondering if you would consider changing the softgel blister packets to bottles. You see my husband suffers from Multiple Sclerosis and is in constant need of Imodium, actually you can say he uses it every week. When we are on vacation he uses it daily. Many times when he is in real need I have to rush to get the blister packets open and for the majority of the time my arthritis acts up. It's very hard to open the packets when my hands are hurting. Hoping you consider a change or an addition to your line of products. Thank you for an awesome product and for the softgel caps which work immediately, they really come in handy. Blessings to you all and keep up the great job.

It works reliably, but the package is designed to obstruct access. Need a very sharp knife or scissors to release the soft gel. Are they so dangerous that they are in effect in a vault? Wish they were loose in a bottle. Aged fingers have a hard time! Use often due to medication side effect—3 times/week usually.

My wife asks me to pick them up. Easy peasy ... wait what, I need a razor knife, two scalpels and a doctorate in package deconstruction to open a blister pack. Wow fire the engineer who designed this. In fact fire him, his boss who signed off on the design, the product testers who said it works, the vice president in charge of product packaging, his secretary can stay, she did nothing complacent. In fact endow a chair at a pharmacy school for package design.
