New design is terrible

Review Questions:
Age: 35 to 44 years old
Review Text:
These sport strip bandaids used to be my go-to bandages, especially for cuts on my fingers, because they were very durable and would last two or more days with ease, even through washing hands and showering. The new design isn't even on par with off-brand bandages. These new ones tear easily, they do not stick well (especially after getting wet), and when removing the bandaid, it tears into bits and pieces and leaves adhesive stuck to your skin. This redesign was obviously a cost saving endeavor as the material is definitely cheaper. I, for one, would prefer to pay a premium for the far superior old style than be left with a terrible product like this at the same price.

Please bring back the old style product!!!

Review Text:
Please bring back the old Sport Strips! They were PERFECT and now they are too thin, tear too easily, and don't stick well. I am hoping you will bring back the old ones so much, since I usually have 2 or 3 bandaids on my fingers at a time during the dry winter weather. They used to be so nice since I could wash my hands all day and they wouldn't fall off. Now they do fall off.

recently changed the product, no longer any good.

Review Questions:

Review Text:
After years of using the Sport Strip product recent changes have made me quit buying them. They don't stick as well and are prone to tearing. The old version was just about the best bandage ever, now they are pretty much as useless as all the other brands. I used to recommend them but now can't do so in good faith. Please change them back!

Sports strips are less sporty.

Review Questions:
Age: 35 to 44 years old
Review Text:
Why in the world would you mess up the sport strip line by making them thinner, less sticky and tear more easily? I'm sad to say after years of using the sport strip line I will be switching brands.

Changed sport strips are terrible!

Review Questions:
Age: 45 to 54 years old
Review Text:
I have been using J&J Sport strips for years. Just recently, I purchased 2 new boxes. The changed product is terrible. The foam padding is thin, the perforations in the foam make it tear when you try to remove it and the adhesive is so sticky that you have to rub your skin for a few minutes to remove all of the bandage. After years of being a loyal purchaser of ONLY the sport strip, I'll be looking for another bandage that works better for me. So sad and disappointing! This bandage should have been marketed and sold as a new product, and not replace a great one.

Do not use on wounds.

Review Questions:
Age: 18 to 24 years old
Review Text:
The new version of these band aids that recently came out suck. They’re very stiff and when you try to take them off they break into little pieces that need to be rubbed off aggressively. If you can manage to get those tiny little pieces off, and notice that I said if and not when, you will have to deal with the extremely aggressive adhesive. Did we have a product that worked? Let’s turn it into junk! As opposed to helping you heal, these band aids will rip your skin apart. Tip: Use a blow dryer for an easy clean removal.

Excellent adhesion

Review Questions:
Age: 55 to 64 years old
Review Text:
I tried out the Sport Strip recently and was extremely pleased with how well the band aid stayed on and protected my wound. They are flexible, though perhaps not quite as flexible as the flex-skin version. However I preferred the Sport Strip because it prevented the antibiotic gel I had applied to my wound from seeping through the gauze. And that was the main issue I had with the flex-skin version.

Love them, please make other sizes including knuckle and finger tip.

Review Questions:

Review Text:
After reading other reviews I concur that the sport strip is hands down the best product on the market. I also would like to follow the lead of others and request that management at the necessary level give consideration to using sport strip material in the manufacture of other sizes...especially knuckle and fingertip.
