These are trrrible compared to the comfort sheer. I also have tried buying the old version on every site i can find only to be disappointed. Comfort Sheer are superior in quality and i would pay twice as much for them if i could find them. Not to mention, you have the market cornered with these becayse there is nothing out there that comes close to the comfort sheer

Comfort Sheer band aids are the best by far

Review Questions:
Age: 45 to 54 years old
Review Text:
The ~sheer plastic strips~ are inferior to the Comfort Sheer band aids, and are in no way an acceptable replacement. The ~sheer plastic strips~ are made of unpleasant plastic material, and are uncomfortable as the plastic does not mold to the shape of the human body, and do not last for long, they fall or peel off. The ~flexible fabric~ band aids are far too rough and tough on the skin, and the edges fray. Comfort Sheer band aids are superior in every way, they adhere to the shape of your body where applied; they have a delicate texture needed for injury sites, and are made of an excellent yielding fabric like material on the upper surface and a quilted pad underneath to cover the injury, and they adhere extremely well to the skin. Comfort Sheer band aids are perfect. Please listen to your customers Johnson & Johnson, and produce more Comfort Sheer band aids - your customers are waiting to buy them. I will also be looking for a new band aid brand for small injuries after decades of brand loyalty to Johnson & Johnson if I don't see Comfort Sheer band aids for sale where I shop.

These are not sheer - they now have a brown tint

Review Text:
I've used Band-Aid brand my whole life. So when I opened a new box of Band-Aid bandages, I was surprised to find that they are no longer "sheer" on my skin - they are now brown. They completely stick out on my hand - and are completely conspicuous. I am NOT HAPPY. This is not what is shown on the box. Now I have a box of 80 bandages I can't use - unless it's on an area covered by clothing. Oh, and they don't stick to my skin as well as the previous box, either! I understand - there are many people with darker or brown skin in the population. Then you need to have two colors of band-aids - one for lighter skinned people and one for brown or darker skinned people - and you need to make that clear on the box. Don't try to deceive your customers by sneakily changing things and hoping they won't notice. Bad business!

Band-aid Sheer Strips are NOT the same as Band-Aid Comfort Sheer

Review Questions:
Age: 55 to 64 years old
Review Text:
The original Comfort Sheer Band-Aids were AMAZING! They stayed on while doing dishes, while taking a shower-they were awesome! The Sheer Strips are a very poor substitute. They are OK as long as you put the Sheer Strip on and then don't do anything that involves movement or water. SO disappointing!

LOVE these original Comfort Sheers

Review Questions:
Age: 45 to 54 years old
Review Text:
PLEASE bring these back!!! The new version of the "Comfort" Sheer is nowhere near as good as the original. Echoing the same sentiments of the other reviewers, this was one of your best products ever! As many of us have used your products for decades, these were hands down the best so far-- the fabric-like adhesives allowed movement and much better sticking power than the rest. The band-aids stayed on extremely well, and yet one could remove easily. The new Sheer band-aids are the same plastic-like feel as the standard ones and fall off rather easily. The Flexible version is not a great substitute, and removing the Tough Strips almost take off a layer of skin. I had a box in every car and in multiple cabinets throughout the house. Please reconsider resurrecting these original Comfort Sheer. Thank you.

Definitely NOT the same as old Comfort Sheers

Review Questions:
Age: Over 65 years old
Review Text:
These sheer strips are definitely not the same as the old Comfort Sheer Strips, which were the best Band-aid ever. The old Comfort Sheers were like fabric, but dried quickly. These are plastic and not nearly as flexible, nor as adhesive when wet. The Flexible Fabric band-aids are NOT an acceptable substitute because they stay wet and take forever to dry out. Very interesting that many of the alleged 5-star reviews are saying the same thing and are actually very negative. I've been brand-loyal to Band-Aid for decades, but from now on I will try other brands.

New version is NOT the same.

Review Questions:
Age: 25 to 34 years old
Review Text:
The new version “comfort sheer strips” is NOT the same. I bought the new ones today and was highly disappointed. The new ones are inflexible plastic instead the stretchy fabric-like feel of the old version. The stretch is what made them comfortable and perfect for parts of the body like fingers that have a high degree of mobility. Now I feel like I’ve wasted money on a product I won’t use and I can no longer trust the Band Aid brand.
