Burnt under eye, swollen, little wrinkles now

Review Text:
I’m 43 years old and have some very faint lines on the bridge of my nose and around my mouth. I was looking online for a highly recommended product and Roc over night cream came up. After reading so many exceptional reviews I decided to purchase both the Roc day cream and night cream. I applied the night cream very sparingly on my clean face. I was very careful not to get the lotion under my eyes but apparently some must have got there while rubbing it to my face. I was aware there would be a little stinging from others reviews. I went to bed and upon awakening under my right eye it was dry, super swollen and my faint tiny lines now are SUPER apparent. I also have a little burn around my crowd feet on one eye. I washed it off completely but the damage is done. It looks very ugly and I highly regret ever purchasing this product. Under my eye is so swollen and dry looking with little defined wrinkles now. This all happened just a few days ago. Horrible experience! I would just like to warn others that this can occur.

burning around eyes and dryness

Review Text:
i bought this deep wrinkle eye cream a couple weeks ago. i have never used any sort of anti wrinkle cream on my face. I am 36 and starting to notice lines on my forehead and some around my eyes. i have fair skin and auburn hair. i stay out of the sun as my family has a history of skin cancer. i usually only use ponds moisturizer at night and a non greasy oil free spf during the day under physicians formula bb cream. I keep my makeup very light because of dermatitis and sensitive skin. i noticed within the last week of using the ROC product that the area around my eyes burns like crazy when I apply anything on it. today i noticed some dry skin and cracking around my eyes. the burning only last as long as my spf takes to dry. not sure whats going on but this doesn't seem good at all.feels like chemical burn but i have no redness.i am going to try avoiding my eye area while using it. not sure if thinner skin in that area makes it worse. my forehead cheeks and neck are fine. its just the eye area. so disappointed. as wrinkles around the eyes are part of reason i am using the product.

Love the RoC line of products!

Review Text:
I have used the RoC line of products for years as part of my daily skincare routine. Several months ago it was suggested I try a new line of anti-aging cream. I bought a three month supply of the recommended products and the results were not what I expected and did not compare to the results I had from the RoC products. I have returned to my favorites - deep wrinkle night cream, deep wrinkle daily moisturizer and correction eye cream! Absolutely love these products and will not stray again.

I used this for a few days, then when I put my foundation on one morning, my skin felt like was on fire! It wasn’t just “tingly”, it hurt. A lot! Im afraid to continue using it near my eyes. I expect a little sensitivity due to the nature of the product, so maybe I will use it sparingly and only once a week.

I feel ageless!

Review Text:
I have been using ROC night cream for many, many, years now. From the first time I began to notice some fine lines beginning to appear. I do not have any wrinkles now on my face. Everyone is shocked when I tell them my age. They always say I look like I'm in my 50's and my real age is almost 81 in a few more days! Even my husband (who is eight years younger than I am,) says no one would ever guess my age. Thanks ROC for the great product! I have never had any bad skin issues from this product except if I happen to scrub my face too hard and then use ROC right after, I feel a little tingle for just a minute and then it disappears.

Commit to letting Roc work!

Review Text:
I started using the Roc Retinol Deep Wrinkle Night Cream and Roc Retinol Sensitive Eye cream in 11/2017. At age 53 my skin was fairly good, with red hair and pale skin, I had always stayed out of the sun, but still.I had fine lines around my eyes, mouth, forehead, and just blah skin. I had always used drugstore brand skin cream, a little of this a little of that, but never really sticking to one brand. I did a little research andt decided to make a commitment to using only Roc for 1 year, mostly because I had read on a few dermatology websites that it can take several months to really start seeing results from retinol. In January 2018 I added the Multi Corrextion 5 in 1 daily moisturizer into my regime.I never had any sensitivity to any of the Roc products. I started noticing results within a few months, but about the 8 month, something really started kicking in and I started getting really noticeable "wow" results. It has now been 16 months and I feel beautiful, My skin is clear, I have no wrinkles around my eyes. The fine lines in my forehead had really been reduced. The best part is I feel really good about my skin. So in 16 months I have used 4 tubes of of the deep wrinkle night cream , 2 of the sensitive skin night cream tubes, 3 bottles of Multi Corrextion 5 in 1 daily moisturizer, and just purchased the Max Resurfacing system. I have hardly missed a day or night, and I do not use sparingly, i put this cream on! I feel the cost of my skin care regime has been very affordable! I am going to try the Multi Corrextion 5 in 1 chest and neck cream next and am looking forward to the results. I would strongly suggest to anyone trying Roc products to make that commitment to several months of use - it is worth the wait to have pretty skin!

Didn’t work for me

Review Text:
I tried this product for three days. It has been two days since I stopped. I was at work when the reaction began. My face is bright red with raised areas and flaking painful areas. I finally tried some burn cream that is helping but as I type this there are several areas that are painful. I actually feel ill. I am super frustrated and disappointed. I feel like I came in contact with a chemical that was not meant for skin.
