That gorgeous glow that looks so great on everyone doesn’t always come easy. But there are ways you can help yourself to get it. Here’s what I do.
No. 1: Egg Whites
First up, an egg-white mask, which I find to be the a great way to tighten your skin and shrink pores. Crack several eggs and seperate the whites into a bowl, then beat them for about 7 minutes, until they’re very frothy. Then, spread them onto your your skin and leave them for about ten minutes, until the mask starts to harden. Rinse it off with water and a washcloth. Yes, it takes a while, but trust me, it’s worth it!
No. 2: Grapefruit
As tart and refreshing as grapefruit tastes, I like to bring that refreshing feeling to my skin with this Oil-Free Acne Wash Pink Grapefruit from Neutrogena® because it’s a facial cleanser that has naturally derived grapefruit extract. It’s great for exfoliating, detoxing and brightening your skin.
No. 3: Soy
I like this AVEENO® Positively Radiant® brightening scrub because it has moisture-rich soy extract and naturally derived gently exfoliated granules. It removes the impurities, so your skin will feel softer and look brighter.
No. 4: Water
Guys, you’ve heard it lots before, and for a good reason: Drinking water really is good for your whole body, including your skin. And speaking of water, I love this Hydro Boost Cleansing Gel by Neutrogena®, a dermatologist recommended brand. It exfoliates while it boosts hydration, to help give your skin a refreshed look.
No. 5: Sleep
Last but not least, the quickest way to look tired is to be tired, so do your skin and your whole body a favor sleep 7-8 hours every night. Before you go to bed, be sure to hydrate your face. I like AVEENO® Active Naturals Positively Radiant® Intensive Night Cream, which is intended to be used overnight, so it gives you the benefits of a facial while you're sleeping. It absorbs quickly and it’s not greasy or oily, so you won’t have to worry about a residue.
If you follow these tips, you'll find that your skin looks great all year round.
