Tips for Eczema Relief

- Take a bath. The National Eczema Association recommends adding 1 cup vinegar to a full bath two to three times a week to decrease bacteria on the skin. Oatmeal soothes too.
- Apply prescription ointments and thick creams within minutes of bathing to speed healing.
